Answer: Yes. There are several requirements that must be met to make a fence pool compliant with the pool code subsection of the Florida Building Code. The code is too lengthy to go in detail here but suffice it to say that when having a fence installed around an unenclosed pool, make sure that the fence company installing the fence is knowledgeable about what is required.
